Brokeback in the lead!

So glad to see Hollywood get it right once in a while. Brokeback Mountain is the lead in the Oscar race with eight nominations. If you haven't seen this movie, go see it. If you have, you are one of the lucky ones - the best movie I have seen all year.

Now, finally, things are looking rather smurfin'.

The End of an Era

I was so sad to see that Sandra Day O'Connor was leaving for so many reasons. She was the first woman appointed to the supreme court and made many wonderful decisions while she was there. A credit to women everywhere.
